Mechanical RAMMER – its purpose is compaction of textile and plastic waste materials in a voluminous container. For compaction a combination of the rammer and a forklift is used. Using the forklift, the rammer is lifted up to the required height above the transport container and then let down on the waste material. This causes compaction of the material The steel construction consists of a frame with welded cover plates and sheet metal reinforcements. There are two covered openings in the lower part of the rammer used for eventual filling of the load. Recommended load – dry sand, maximum weight of 200 kg.
Completion and handover to the customer a device that marks in a melt way the symbols „R“ or „L“ into a part of section produced from TPE material . The purpose of the device installation was to remove the subsequent manual operation of marking of sections. In total in each of three cutting devices per one left and per one right marking unites are installed. Marking is performed by a hot melt point that within one cutting cycle presses to the section. The hot melt point is mounted on a moving bed. The feed to the section provides a pneumatic cylinder. By a combination of pressure and point temperature the section is marked with symbols „R“ or „L“. Each of the three single-purpose cutting devices is fitted with a separate switch box. On the side of the switch box two PID regulators are mounted. The regulators show the required and actual temperatures. The regulation of temperature is adjustable within a range of 40 - 300 °C. The marking point itself is fitted with a heating cartridge with an output of 200 W.
